Every photo arrives with its own record.

A photo sent through Kerbline carries who sent it, the second it reached the record and the location the phone reported at the time. None of it is typed in, so none of it gets forgotten.

05Photo requests

06Poor signal

Sites lose signal constantly — down a chamber, under a slab, behind a hoarding. Kerbline holds whatever you send on the phone itself and pushes it the second signal returns, in the order you sent it. Nothing is lost, and nobody has to remember to resend.

Every site includes unlimited people, all features, 50+ languages, and archiving that frees the capacity for the next job. We don’t delete your evidence.

From five sites we add priority support; from fifteen, multiple admins and an onboarding session; from twenty-one, a named account manager and onboarding across your teams.

You pay the band each site falls into, not one rate for all of them. The first site is £249 a month, sites two and three are £209 each, four to eight £175 each, nine to twenty £145 each, and every site beyond twenty is £119. Twenty-one sites is therefore £3,401 a month — £162 a site, not £119. Rolling, cancel on 30 days’ notice; annual is billed a year up front and every band is about a fifth less.

Nobody else can see your sites

Every company's data is walled off at the database itself, not just hidden in the app. There's no route from one organisation's account to another's photos.

Photos aren't public links

Images are held in private storage and served through short-lived links generated for the person asking. A URL copied out of the app stops working shortly after.

Removing someone actually removes them

Take a worker off a site and their access ends immediately — including anything they try to reach directly. Their photos and messages stay, still attributed to them.

Finished sites go read-only rather than disappearing. If you stop subscribing, your record stays readable and exportable — because a dispute can land years later.

Straight answers

The things everyone asks.

No. Only the company running the site pays, and they pay per site rather than per person. Everyone else — operatives, gangers, subcontractors, the client's engineer — joins free with the code and always will.

We don't delete your evidence. The site becomes read-only, so no new messages or photos can be added, but everything already there stays readable and exportable. Disputes surface years later, and your record needs to still be there when they do. Our privacy notice sets out how long we keep things.
